Cash on delivery
If you want to pay for the order when you receive the parcel at the post office and the cost of your order is less than 1500 rubles-choose cash on delivery. For orders worth more than 1500 rubles, it is not possible to deliver by cash on delivery. The cash on delivery amount will include the delivery amount.
Russian post charges a commission for cash on delivery (payment for the parcel upon receipt). The commission amount depends on the order price and is from 2% (but not less than 50 rubles). If the order is paid on the website, then you do not need to pay for anything else when you receive the parcel at the post office.
Delivery time: from 4 days to 2 weeks.
The cost is calculated when placing an order and depends on the weight of the parcel and the distance to your city.

Now it is possible to order delivery from the post office by courier. To do this, you have to contact your post office by phone and arrange delivery. Rates for delivery by courier will be announced by a mail employee.
Return of goods of inadequate quality
The reason for the return of the goods by the Buyer may be a manufacturing defect (marriage) of the goods.
The buyer can request the return of such goods within the expiration date set by the manufacturer.
The buyer, at his option, has the right:
– demand replacement of goods for a similar product;
– refuse to execute the contract of sale and demand the return of the amount paid for the goods.
The return of goods of inadequate quality is carried out in the following way:
The return of goods is carried out by filling out an application. The application should be written in free form and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
The term for consideration of the application does not exceed 5 (five) business days.
If, based on the result of consideration of the application, the Seller made a positive decision, the buyer can transfer the goods for return to the Russian Post office. In case of replacement of a low-quality product with a product of proper quality, the Seller transfers the product to the delivery service within 5 calendar days from the date of a positive decision on the result of consideration of the application. In case of receipt from the Buyer of a demand for the return of the paid for the goods the amount of money, the refund is carried out within 5 banking days from the date of a positive decision on the application, in one of the following ways: a) by transferring the corresponding amount to the Buyer’s bank or other account specified by the Buyer; b) by postal order.
In case of rejection of the application, the buyer has the right to apply to an independent examination. In the event that an independent examination confirms the buyer’s right to return the goods, all costs of the buyer associated with the independent examination shall be reimbursed by the Seller.
