Tsarevshchino flaxseed oil “Biokor” is a natural high quality product for healthy diet, a source of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, 55% of which are omega-3.
Flaxseed oil has a unique balanced composition: vitamins (A, E, K, vitamins B) and a full complex of polyunsaturated fatty acids (Omega-3 and Omega-6). These extremely important substances for the body activate cell regeneration processes, improve the structure of the skin, hair and nails, have a beneficial effect on the body’s metabolism and help to reduce cholesterol level.
For the production of oil, we use flax seeds, which were grown in the fields of Tsarevshchino village in Penza region, the natural and climatic conditions of which allow you to get oil with the best properties.
Tsarevshchino flaxseed oil is produced by the first cold pressure technology and is not refined, which allows to preserve all its useful properties. The peculiar smell (cod liver oil) and bitter taste are the distinctive features of natural flaxseed oil.

Nutrition facts in 100 g / 4 g: protein-0 g, carbohydrates-0 g, fat-99 g/4 g, PUFAs, at least-60 g/2.4 g (incl. PUFA of the omega-3 family, not less than 45 g / 1.8 g), calories- 890 kcal/35 kcal (3660 kJ/150 kJ).
Adults and children over 14 years should take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day at mealtimes as a dietary supplement – an additional source of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), including PUFA Omega — 3.
The use of 5 ml (4 g) of oil satisfies the daily human need for PUFA by at least 22% (at least 2.4 g), including PUFA of the omega-3 family by at least 90 % (at least 1.8 g).
Attention: Do not heat-treat!
It is recommended to use it in prepared dishes, as well as a dressing for vegetable salads.
