“Biokor” milk thistle meal is an effective remedy for maintaining the functions of the liver, bile ducts and gastrointestinal tract. Milk Thistle meal improves metabolic processes in the liver, increasing its resistance to adverse conditions; accelerates the recovery of liver cells after damage (exposure to alcohol, carcinogens, fat peroxides, preservatives, food colourings) and infectious diseases; prevents the destruction of liver cells and stabilizes cell membranes.
Duration of intake – 1 month.
Nutrition facts in 100 g / 2 g: protein-24 g / 0.5 g, fat-10 g / 0.2 g, carbohydrates-25 g / 0.5 g, dietary fiber-28 g / 0.5 g, calories- 340 kcal/5 kcal (1650 kJ/30 kJ).
Adults should take 1 teaspoon of powder (2.0 g) per day at mealtimes as a dietary supplement – a source of flavolignans.
Consumption of 2.0 g of milk thistle meal per day satisfies the adequate level of flavolignans (silybin) consumption by at least 200% (at least 60 mg), but does not exceed the upper permissible level of consumption (80 mg).
It is recommended to take it with water, or stir the meal in kefir, yogurt, or add to the prepared dish: porridge, salad, soup.
