Adults and children over 14 years should take 0.5 g (1/3 teaspoon) of ground seeds per day at mealtimes, as a dietary supplement- a source of flavolignans. Consumption of 0.5 g per day satisfies an adequate level of flavolignan consumption by at least 33% (at least 10 mg).
It is recommended to take it in ground form or adding ground seeds to prepared dishes (porridge, salad).
