Magnesium + B6 “Biocor” – a product based on magnesium citrate and vitamin B6. Magnesium is a vital element that is found in all tissues of the body and is necessary for the normal functioning of cells, participates in most metabolic reactions. In particular, it is involved in the regulation of the transmission of nerve impulses and in muscle contraction.
The basis of Magnesium + B6 “Biokor” is magnesium citrate, which is an organic and highly soluble form of magnesium, which largely determines its high bioavailability in the body. Vitamin B6 is involved in many metabolic processes, in the regulation of the metabolism of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 carries magnesium to the cells that need it the most, thus helping to increase the benefits of magnesium. Research shows that the combination of magnesium and vitamin B6 can reduce irritability more than magnesium alone.

Adults take 2 tablets 3 times a day with meals as a biologically active food supplement – an additional source of magnesium and vitamin B6.
