For adults: take 25 g of powder (1 bag) daily with food, cover it advance with 1 cup (200 ml) of fresh boiled water and mix them, as a dietary supplement, additional source of B-group vitamins (B1, B2, B2, folic acid), selenium, soluble dietary fibers.
One portion of kissel meets daily human maintenance of vitamin B1 at least by 61%, vitamin B2 at least by 125%, vitamin B6 at least by 100%; selenium at least of 47%; adequate level of consumption of soluble dietary fibers at least by 75%.
