“Lito” Live Fiber crispy bran with lecithin – is a fully balanced product which has, in addition to nutritional value, bioactivity due to the content of dietary fiber (fiber) of whole wheat grain, as well as lecithin – a source of phospholipids.

Fiber (dietary fiber) is one of the most important elements of human nutrition. It reduces the time when food stays in the gastrointestinal tract and at the same time helps to cleanse the body of toxins. Consumption of enough dietary fiber regulates the intestinal activity. The effectiveness of fiber is especially obvious if you include it in a weight control program.

The introduction of whole grains there eliminates the loss of its useful components. Bran, germ, and endosperm are not removed during processing. Whole grains contain complex carbohydrate, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals in proportions that are perfect for the body, and also serve as a source of fiber and a complex of vitamins B.
