1 sachet (2.0 g) or 1 teaspoon of the mixture pour 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, cover and infuse for 15 minutes, then strain.
Adults should take 1 cup (200 ml) of tea 2 times a day at mealtimes as a dietary supplement – a source of flavonoids.
The intake of 2 glasses of tea (400 ml) provides an adequate level of flavonoid consumption (routin) by at least 150% (at least 45 mg).
