2 sachets (4.0 g) or 1 tablespoon of the mixture pour 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, cover and infuse for 45 minutes, then strain.
Adults should take 50-100 ml of tea 3 times a day at mealtimes as a dietary supplement – an additional source of tannins and flavonoids.
Consumption of 1.5 cups of tea (300 ml) provides an adequate level of consumption of tannins (tannin) by at least 30% (at least 100 mg), flavonoids (rutin) by at least 15% (at least 5 mg).
